Class 1 ~ June 26
- hands and fingers, hold them in a good form
Class 2 ~ July 10
- arms, keep the natural curve
- pay attention to the angles, our usual 90 degree pose
Class 3 ~ July 17
- head, chin, and eyes
- use the waist
Class 4 ~ July 24
- use your strength, control your body in every move
Class 5 ~ July 31
- hip, hip, and more hip :)
Class 6 ~ August 7
- Our first triple performance, video taped!
Class 7 ~ August 14
- Learning a new dance,最美西藏
- Second triple performance, 落花的窗台
- Use your waist and hip to create a beautiful curve
Class 8 ~ August 21
- Vacation time, only 6 moms showed up! We had a crash course on 最美西藏, taped twice. Huge improvements and lots of sweat! This is the way to go.
Class 9 ~ August 28
- I taped our last group of 最美西藏. I tried to give as much as I could to the class, focusing on the principles. Hope everyone leaving with a satisfying feeling. It has been a great experience for me this summer. Dance is rewarding already. Sharing it with other is even better.
