Class 1 ~ June 26

  • hands and fingers, hold them in a good form

Class 2 ~ July 10

  • arms, keep the natural curve
  • pay attention to the angles, our usual 90 degree pose

Class 3 ~ July 17

  • head, chin, and eyes
  • use the waist

Class 4 ~ July 24

  • use your strength, control your body in every move

Class 5 ~ July 31

  • hip, hip, and more hip :)

Class 6 ~ August 7

  • Our first triple performance, video taped!

Class 7 ~ August 14

  • Learning a new dance,最美西藏
  • Second triple performance, 落花的窗台
  • Use your waist and hip to create a beautiful curve 

Class 8 ~ August 21

  • Vacation time, only 6 moms showed up! We had a crash course on 最美西藏, taped twice. Huge improvements and lots of sweat! This is the way to go.

Class 9 ~ August 28

  • I taped our last group of 最美西藏. I tried to give as much as I could to the class, focusing on the principles. Hope everyone leaving with a satisfying feeling. It has been a great experience for me this summer. Dance is rewarding already. Sharing it with other is even better.
